Oma Morey, PhD. has been a professional trainer for over eighteen years, offering training in the areas of instructor, faculty and management development. Specific topics include trainer skills workshop, communication skills, presentation skills, social styles, problem-solving, team building, supervisory development, and negotiation skills. She is also certified to teach Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by the Covey Institute, DDI’s Interaction Management. Dr. Morey is part of a team that developed and delivered the University of Texas Instructor Certification Program. As part of the Stanford University Faculty Development Center, she trained and coached physician faulty worldwide. She holds Master’s degree in Business and a Doctoral degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development and Gerontology. Dr. Morey has consulted, designed and delivered training courses to thousands of participants in a variety of organizations including AT&T, IBM, Dell Computers, Advanced Micro Devices, Southwestern Bell, Stanford University, the University of Texas, and the Texas Municipal Court Education System.
